Our Serendipity Seminars explore how curiosity, openness, and intentional human connection can create the conditions for collaboration, creativity, and new possibilities to emerge.
Through immersive discussion, interactive exercises, and actionable strategies and tips, participants learn how to cultivate serendipity in both their personal and professional lives — and begin putting it into practice immediately.
Each seminar can be tailored to support the unique goals and culture of your organization.

I thrive on meeting people and derive even more satisfaction connecting people and empowering
them to create serendipitous outcomes.
After half a century of creating thousands of connections - throughout my childhood, during my tenure at UC Berkeley, years of living between the Silicon Valley, Seattle & the Middle East, and two exhilarating decades as a corporate,
start-up and nonprofit executive in the US and internationally, I feel very fortunate to call this immense circle of incredible people - friends.
I decided to turn my people passion into a purpose.
Today I dedicate my time, leveraging my social strengths and business expertise, to boost the success of others. I strongly believe in the power of serendipity - discovering positive opportunities by proactively seeking opportunities to engage with others.
I am honored to share my art of “Karendipity" to friends, and friends of friends, and for that reason I created Karen’s Connection Circle.
